International Refund Policy

Refunds for international orders will be provided in full when an error occurs in our part. An error is construed solely by sending a wrong or defective product. If the former, please note you will need to provide information and or documentation as per manufacturer requirements prior to the refund being processed. Except for such an error, under no other circumstance there will be an assumption from us of any deductions due to bank fees, exchange rate disparities or any other costs or charges associated with a payment or remittance of funds to us. Please obtain written confirmation of product availability from our Customer Service Team prior to processing a transaction online. We handle thousands of products and the stock availability displayed on our websites might be subject to error. Refunds for orders without such confirmation will be limited to the amount received and will exclude any deductions as described.
